Community Grants, Planning & Housing is actively seeking qualified general contractors to help rehabilitate homes.
Experienced GCs are needed to bid on repairs to individual homes -- from roofing and heating emergencies to comprehensive home improvement, including windows, plumbing and electrical. Lead-Safe Work certified and Lead Abatement contractors are also needed. A successful community rehabilitation process requires a collaborative effort that involves homeowners, city officials, an experienced home rehab agent like CGP&H, and talented contractors.
With CGP&H, contractors can enjoy straightforward and accurate work specifications, detailed work plans, realistic timelines, and secured payment for services. Our full-service home improvement program relieves much of the stress typically associated with home rehabilitation projects and allows contractors to do what they do best – home improvements – while the paperwork, negotiation and funding is left to us.
