Karen Ambrose is CGP&H’s Office Manager. With years of administrative experience, Karen keeps the office processes running smoothly. In addition to managing the office, she assists both the Planning and Housing departments with various projects, including the preparation of grant applications and marketing.

In her spare time, Karen has a passion for cooking and worked as a line cook and pastry assistant after attending culinary school. She is still an avid cook and enjoys spending time in the kitchen with her daughter.
