Dorothy Lawlor brings more than 15 years executive administrative experience as well as marketing experience to her role as Affordable Housing Case Manager and Administrative Agent for CGP&H. With a degree in business to compliment her professional experience, Dorothy works with CGP&H’s affordable housing clients.

Some of her primary areas of responsibility include maintenance of the program’s wait lists, income certification for buyers and renters of affordable units, administration of current sale value, and management of the sale process through the closing of loans. Additionally, she processes rehabilitation cases from waiting list status to loan closing efficiently while maintaining compliance with internal procedures, project Policies and Procedures Manual and all other regulatory guidelines.

In Dorothy's spare time, she enjoys fishing, camping, traveling, and of course loves to shop!
